Phil Tucker is the co-owner of CTA Performing Arts and the self-styled DOBBY or Director of the Boring Bits – Yay!, and is responsible for finances, payroll, premises, technology support systems, legal and regulatory matters and other similar stuff including general dogsbody duties. Phil’s earlier career had moved from mechanical engineering through international machine safety to teaching, none of which had prepared him for a life in showbiz although he did once play the leading role of the Prince in his school play (when he was 11).
