Each week, Georgina Burns Founder & Artistic Director of CTA Performing Arts participates in coaching calls and Pro Classes with top experts in the Performing Arts and the business world. She also attends two virtual retreats and two in-person retreats each year. In January 2020, she went to Las Vegas where she met 200 Dance Studio owners from around the globe (mainly Canadian and American) and where CTA Performing Arts was one of only two studios from the UK. Georgina was also honoured to be one of the guest speakers at the Las Vegas conference. All conferences since April 2022 have been held virtually.

Georgina attends monthly meetings with her DSOA ‘squad’ – each squad is made up from a group of 10 Dance Studio owners from around the world. Squads change every 6 months giving Georgina the opportunity to meet and talk to many different studio owners from around the world.

The next in-person conference Georgina will attend will be in Miami in January 2022.
