Lara is going into her fourth year of teaching at CTA where she has developed a wonderful rapport with the students and team ; she is so excited to be staying on to teach the students at CTA.
Lara has just graduated from Arts Ed where she has trained for the past four years in Musical theatre.
As a child Lara appeared in several west end shows including Shrek the musical, Matilda the musical (where she played the title role of Matilda), Gypsy the musical and The secret diary of Adrian Mole aged 13 3/4. Alongside working in the west end Lara has also voiced several characters for kids animations, some being “64 zoo lane” and “Wanda and the alien”.
Lara has trained in all styles of dance from the age of four and has competed for AED where she gained a bursary for her time at Arts Ed.
As well as now auditioning professionally Lara teaches from the ages of two and up. Lara has been teaching across London for the past five years and has choreographed for competitive work and helped many children achieve their dreams of being on the stage. As well as teaching Lara also works in childcare running some of our multi activity camps and parties and working in crechès across London with children as young as three months.
Lara has a passion for teaching and can’t wait to see the students grow more and more each week.
