What 2 words describe Miss Viola: Joyful & caring
Viola trained in ballet, modern, contemporary and tap dance at Professione Danza Parma, a vocational dance school in the North of Italy, where she is originally from. During her years of training she took part in several summer schools and competitions in Italy and abroad, such as Accademia Teatro Alla Scala summer school (Milan), Varna International Summer School, Youth American Gran Prix Finals in New York and TanzOlymp competition in Berlin.
After graduating Viola started performing on a freelance basis and developing her passion for teaching. In September 2017 she moved to London to complete her ISTD teaching qualifications in Ballet and Modern and gain more teaching experience alongside performing. Viola’s last performing job pre-pandemic includes a dancer contract on Costa Cruise line.
Viola’s aim is for students to find joy and positivity in their class and be able to express those feelings through their dancing. Also she wants to make sure that every student can fulfil their own potential regardless of their age and level of training. She feels that her job as a dance teacher is to pass on her knowledge and passion for this beautiful art form. Viola aims to enable her students to work safely and consistently so that they can see and appreciate for themselves their own progress and apply the same principles of dedication and effort to anything else they may wish to pursue in life.
